  • Michele and I had never prior to this debrief, except a 2-minute conversation to discuss logistics, yet I was able to extract some deep insights about her. And that’s because I use combinations of questions to discover qualities in her that are not obvious with the traditional way of debriefing the ELI.  
  • You will see a better flow to delivery of the information, a more personal, conversational style because I teach a structure that helps you: 1) be in your best, most confident zone, and 2) gets the client to open up and engage. 
  • I’ll share examples of a few combinations of questions that help you discover if they’re feeling resentful and if there is “secret judgment” going on.
