Part 1: is my 6-week course in the Art of the Intensive, where you will learn a specific step-by-step approach that teaches you exactly how to sell, plan, run and work with your own intuition during a one-to-one Intensive. This process is customized to teach you how to insert the intensives into your existing coaching business to increase your income and impact with your clients.
Through the course you will also gain additional coaching skills:
- How to set an agenda that allows for room to play and exploration
- How to manage time and energy knowing you’ve got 8 hours with a client.
- Strengthen your confidence and skills in handling BIG emotions
- 3 months of support on your journey towards coaching mastery
- You’ll facilitate your first intensive as part of this course

Part 2: includes a membership. We are a tight community of like-minded coaches who absolutely love this methodology because of the massive results it creates with our clients. This membership is a space to continue to practice and deepen your coaching skills, get inspired by other client case studies and continue to deepen your learning in a supportive space.
To continue the learning, growth, and practice, you'll get bi-monthly live group coaching, support, and guidance with your Intensives to truly master the methodology. We will explore different aspects of Intensives including corporate application, client case studies, incorporating powerful coaching techniques such as conscious leadership, exercises that expand your intuition, and so much more!

FOUNDATION - The WHY
In this module we will explore or revisit your "WHY". Why do you want to learn this? Why are you a coach? Being able to articulate your WHY sets the foundation for your confidence, intuition, and skills so that you are available to your clients in a truly present way. You’ll also explore your client’s WHY, especially WHY they would want to do an Intensive with you!

THE SET-UP - The WHO
Setting yourself up for success by exploring The WHO- Who are you as a coach? As a person? As an agent for change? You’ll explore and work through blocks that get in the way of being present and holding your client for a full day. You’ll also explore the strengths, qualities, and characteristics you already possess that support your clients (which you may not be fully leveraging!).

In this module you'll learn how to prep the client intensive ahead of time. What are the exercises you need to complete before ever stepping into the room with the client? What are the materials and resources you need for success? How do you structure the activities leading up to the intensive and the intensive itself?

A CHALLENGE - you’ll plan your very first intensive!
As part of the course you’ll host your very first Intensive! There will be opportunity for reflection on the excitement, anxiety and other emotions that may come up as you pitch your intensive.
